Page 1, line 37, after "apply" insert "to"

Line 38, strike the first "to"

Strike lines 40 through 42, insert:

"2.  A person who receives written consent to establish the residence from the victim or, if the victim is a minor, a parent or guardian of the victim."

Line 44, strike the second comma

Amend title to conform

And, as so amended, it do pass
